Help! my code isn't working

Did you purchase a Standard Cream Voucher and it's not working?
Chances are you purchased it before 12/17/2019. If you purchased a Voucher between October 2019 - September 2018, and wish to use the amount you paid towards participating in a class, please send an email to hello@mykoche.com with the code as the email subject. We will verify the code and issue you a new code worth the value we will receive from Groupon to use towards the registering.
 
If you purchased after 12/17/2019, please give us time to upload it. We upload between 12 pm - 6 pm. If you purchased outside of this time frame, please wait until the next business day.
